Any policy referring to the refinement or review process is a
metapolicy which fits into this category. This category is different
from `Delegation', because it covers all aspects of the real refinement
process. Delegation is much more focused on administrative
aspects. An example for a refinement metapolicy is: ``When a property
of a domain has changed, all policies related to that domain must be
reviewed.''
